Shipping Policy 

Order processing 

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of purchase to let you know when your order will be shipped.

Store Pick-up

Store pick-up not available. Online orders only 

Local delivery 

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day and shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next available working day. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat Rate Shipping 

UK orders are generally shipped within 2-4 working days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £5.50 GBP applies to all orders within the UK.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All UK orders below £60.00 GBP will be subject to a shipping rate of £5.50 GBP. Free shipping applied for all UK orders over £60.00 GBP

Shipping for International orders will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping 

Shipping available to all international countries. 

Full shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard International European shipping can take up to 2-11 business days. International orders outside of Europe can take up to 3-17 business days.

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nature's Touch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way please email us as soon as possible at info@natures-touch.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
